Robert S. Lawrence

Robert S. Lawrence has been involved in addressing community needs for over 35 years. As a senior administrator with the Human Resources Administration of the City of New York he designed and implemented the revised delivery of the citywide Family Homecare program resulting in over 20 million dollars in savings. By transferring the emphasis from institutional care to homecare, the NYC Medicaid

homecare program was able to expand services to over fifty thousand individuals during his tenure of leadership. Bob Lawrence developed training curriculums for supervisory and professional level staff to meet city and state homecare regulations.
